Repair Status Check
In the Settings app, go to General > About. Here you’ll see a “Parts and Service History,” usually displaying the status of the camera, battery, and display status. Non-genuine parts will have an “Unknown Part” warning. For genuine parts, the message reads “Genuine Apple Part.
Standard turnaround time
This is where the product is shipped to Apple to be repaired or replaced, and then a replacement device or the same device is shipped back to either the ARS or to your preferred address.
