Touchscreens are very expensive to replace. The easiest way to do the labor is just to replace the whole screen assembly and that part is going to cost over
It might also be possible to replace just the glass. HP does not sell just the glass but you can find it on the market but the labor to replace the glass is more technical. The glass itself will cost a fraction of the whole screen but replacement labor might be a bit more
Let us know the country you live in and the exact model number of the laptop so we can get the exact correct screen part. Also describe the crack. Is the image on the screen distorted or just a crack going across? Does the touch function work at all like on one side of the crack
Bottom line this will cost at least $250 on a very good day if you have to have the labor done by a tech and as much as $500 or even more. The best way to do it in my humble opinion is for you to source the part and then find a local shop able to do the labor.
